Not that trees never get struck by lightning, but they are no where near as good a conductor as a metal rod.
Too bad she hasn't fought anyone with fire power.
Course, shouldn't she, a metal robot, have nothing to fear from a wooden sword?
Maybe there's a lightning rod on a nearby building?
wood conducts electricity when its wet, since the wooden sword is dry it won't conduct electricity, but then we have his metal armor, not to mention the charming spike on his head that are viable points for a lightning strike.
The only problem would be if Kendo Man has a conductor in that spike that charges his power cell or something and for the record, I haven't played the MM game with Kendo Man.
Buuut...are we sure that *is* metal armor, and not lacquered wood like the real thing?
Swords might not make good conductors, but robots certainly do unless he is also made of wood or rubber.
Kendo fighters' armor isn't made out of metal is it? Of course with kendoman being a robot it would be different but I'm just asking
