its just the bittage, she looks much less flat in megaman 8. I was kinda creeped out at the idea that Roll had just stuck her head on a guy's body, nice to see she didn't do that.

Uh... In her defense, both she and Rock were made in the form of CHILDREN. So that's why she has no... chest bumps.
