Hooray! The most badass robot ever created (AKA Protoman) didn't die! And he was saved by Mega-- *nuke'd*

OH, COME ON!!! IT'S ROLL!!! I SAW THIS COMING BACK IN THINGS CHANGE-PT 6!!

all I can say is, it's about time, and EWWWW!! Roll stuck her head on Megaman's body!!

Does this make her a boy now?

Edit: @ Autobby1: The most Badass robot ever created in the megaman universe is Zero. The most Badass robot EVER is Optimus Prime.

Reply Angel85, July 5th, 2007, 11:06 pm

This is what happens when robots are left to repair or upgrade themselves, you get an impulsive kid sticking her head onto a discarded body. I'm assuming Dr. Light is still incapacitated.

NUKES Matt M.....
what?...
what?

Reply AkumaTh (Guest), July 6th, 2007, 7:59 am

The obvious answer would be Roll...

But if he was going to swerve us, it could be Quint or the Clone Megaman.

Reply vinom the yiffstar (Guest), July 6th, 2007, 8:33 am

or it could be a time traveling copy of the sigma virus that's taken control of a spare megaman body, but it's not, it's roll

Reply Angel85, July 6th, 2007, 11:59 am

if you look carefully at the sprite, thats Roll's face in there, he even made the helmet look slightly ill fitting, like its too big for her head. Thats some good work there.

Reply Gordon (Guest), July 6th, 2007, 12:08 pm

It's the Batman!!

Reply DementedKitsune (Guest), July 6th, 2007, 2:38 pm

No, she didn't put her head on his body, she removed his armor and some of his parts and used them on herself. Am I the only one with the sense to realize she couldn't remove her own head and transplant it onto a headless body? The moment her head was removed her body would cease to function.

Reply Vulpis (Guest), July 6th, 2007, 3:41 pm

And, Kitsune? Why would she need her old body to function, once she was transplanted to one that's armed and armored?

Reply Corey, July 6th, 2007, 6:12 pm

She could have someone else put her head on Megaman's body after she removes it.

Reply Matt M. (Guest), July 6th, 2007, 6:56 pm

Plus DK, you have to remember that while Rock and roll started out with similar body designs, Rock was given a major overhall to become a fighting type robot when Wily first tried to take over the world, and in the 14 odd years since then, Megaman has been given a numerous amount of upgrades, noteably, The Charged shot, the Rocket fist from the gb version of megaman 5, the slide ability, and the rush adapter. All of which would require massive interior body work, the charged shot alone would have required a massive upgrade to megaman's power core.

Just equiping Megaman's armor and weapon(the Mega buster) would be a huge step down from what megaman is capable of. Her body just isn't capable of suporting megaman's hardware, nor would she be able to install it while keeping it a secret from Dr. Light and Auto, since it would most definatly require their aid. She wouldn't even be able to get to everything without dismantaling the body.

Here's what happened: Since Big Eddie is a mobile repair base/laboratory/workshop. Roll sneaks megaman's body into an automated maintanence and diagostics chamber, tells Auto that she is going to run a diagnostics check on her systems and that she would like her privacy while doing it, and reprograms the computer to put her head on megaman's body. Bing-Bang-Boom; time passes and she is now a walking WMD! She stashes her now headless form and grabs one of Megaman's spare helmets and then goes off to save the world!

A megaman from another planet or another dimension or maybe a clone or possibly a dummy that was upgraded by the doctor or maybe a retard who thinks he's megaman or even just a lonel-

Reply DementedKitsune (Guest), July 7th, 2007, 3:15 pm

Ok,Matt's idea would work, but if she had manually tried to do it her body would have shut down BEFORE she could put her head on Megaman's body Vulpis, thus defeating the purpose, and Matt, I never said she just took the weapon and armor, I said she also took some of his parts, and she wouldn't be taking everything he had since Rush isn't programmed to serve her, the Rush adaptor would be useless, the charge shot wouldn't need a better power core, just a capacitor to store the built up energy in before releasing it. She could have retrofitted herself with the necessary parts in a fairly short time given her knowledge of maintenance and repair work. I could be wrong, but I think I could also be right, besides, don't you think Roll would be too creeped out at the idea to put her head on the lifeless body of her brother?

Reply Mythril, July 8th, 2007, 5:32 pm

@ DementedKitsune Moo?

Reply Matt M. (Guest), July 8th, 2007, 9:36 pm

@Demonketsune Nope. she wouldn't be creeped out. The entire premise of this comic is that Roll was jealous of Megaman and his abilities. He got to go on adventures while she was stuck at home. Plus, she'sa Robot, not a Reploid. She may not get disgusted like that. Heck, Dr. Light could have written a code against such a reaction so they wouldn't be afraid of linking their systems together to share information.

As for using the Rush adapter, while it's true that Rush is Megaman's support unit, if the adapter is in the main body, then roll could link up with Rush if Rush thinks it's to save Megaman. And there are also the power suits that Dr Light made specifically for Megaman. If Roll wanted to use those, she would need Megaman's body.

Reply Corey, July 9th, 2007, 5:26 am

Gah... technobabble is going to make my head implode... do you guys even have any clue what you're talking about?

Reply DementedKitsune (Guest), July 9th, 2007, 6:54 am

Yes Corey, we do. Eh, jealous or not, Roll might still be creeped out, and linking up to share information is nothing like stealing your 'dead' brother's body, she does think he's dead after all. Since they believe Megaman is dead Rush wouldn't think it was to save his life since he's well... dead, and Rush is dead too, I think... didn't Omega kinda destroy him? Anyway, we're arguing in circles, what Ryan prove us both wrong by having us both be right to a degree o.o

Reply Matt M. (Guest), July 9th, 2007, 1:58 pm

Yeah, maybe. We'll just have to wait and see.
