For the record, this is not what is commonly referred to as “the maverick virus” that Dr. Wily has just created. It is however related, so take this comic as you will. All I’m trying to get across is exactly what Dr. Wily intends to use the virus for.

Any who, This idea makes a HELL of a lot of sense MC! I wouldn't be surprised if Capcom based their explaination(if they ever get around to it, the lazy basterds) of this untold part of the timeline off of today's comic. I know it doesn't mean anything to you, but I approve!!

Heee..the old band-pass vs. band-stop trick (or, Wily's doing the reverse of what Snake and Otacon plan to do at the end of MGS2)...the program to make X hate violence must contain a definition of what 'violence' is...all Wily has to do is alter the program so that those parameters are used as the basis of behavior to *follow*, rather than the basis of behavior to *avoid*...
