It's the Auto-mobile! (Still you have to wonder about those Auto-motives.. ;-) )

Hmm..now there'd be an interesting plot for a Megaman fic--Light's forces vs. Wily, egged on by a mysterious third party...who turns out to be Auto, who's trying to destroy *both* sides because the idiots keep wrecking all the stuff he builds. ;-)
