wow, Wily is really mean in this comic. It always surprised me how megaman could always manage to beat Bass, despite the fact that he's supposed to be the most advanced robot of his time specifically designed to be stronger and more powerful. I guess what it really comes down to is Megaman's advantage in experience.

Bass was built for combat, that much is certain. But I really have to know, did Wily build him as a soldier or warrior? He doesn't follow commands and does as he wish's and only wants to defeat Megaman NOT because they are enemies, but to prove himself. So I guess that would mean he was built as a warrior. So you'd think he'd be able to out think any situation as it comes about.

that's pretty true but when it comes down to the science wily is better at weapons design so his creations are always stronger , more durable and more powerful over all then dr. light's, dr.light however is better at programing i think meaning his creations are always smarter so mega man has not only experience but intellect to aid him bass really just isn't as smart as mega man

Actually, since Megaman has already fought fusion Bass on at least one occasion he knows all his tricks and thus can predict his every move. Also, I agree with Shadron, Wily SUCKS at programming, his robots are definately the most powerful but they're all lacking in intelligence. After all, who fights in a predictable repeating pattern I ask you?

This Bass is still pathetic as he hasn't land a single hit on Megaman at all.How can I tell?One hit from a merged Bass and Treble reduces alot of Megaman's health.And Megaman is still jumping around lke a monkey and defeating Bass.
