Yes, I hit the thesaurus for this comic. Anyhoo, I am well aware that Wily is really just his name, and he could be the most shortsighted, obvious, unimaginative, and trustworthy person in the world. Of course, since he is a fictional character, naturally he embodies the word. Unlike Dr. Light who is quite heavy.

Hmmm, not sure about cunning. He pretty much recycles the same plot in each game. I mean, come on, eight robot masters with their own levels. Needs a bit of tweeking.

It did get tweaked. He original 'stole' six robots. Then 'built' eight robots (some based on the last 6), then I forget. He also did Kidnapping and get someone else to use their robots for him. Then there's the whole Mr.X and the Robot Tourniment.
...Oh, don't forget King. He got to play the victim for a while and get free bed and food at Lights place.
